Specification and procurement of Terminal Operating System (TOS), Gothenburg, Sweden 2007 – 2008

From April 2007 to July 2008, Seaport headed the procurement of a container terminal operating system, a container freight station (CFS) operating system, and a rail and truck appointment system project at the Port of Gothenburg.

The project assignment included designing To-Be processes, identifying organizational changes, analyzing the suppliers’ capabilities, and negotiating with the suppliers.

Additionally, Seaport has redesigned critical operations processes and is assisting in their implementation in the operation.
