Mr. Busk’s responsibility has been to select cost efficient handling technologies, refine the layout of the terminal, define and manage the necessary simulation studies, as well as the validations of the simulations against actual operations, provide advice on the terminal planning and design, supervise in the process reengineering and optimization of manual (conventional) processes, and supervise on producing required functional specifications for IT-system designs.
