Strategic Plan for New Shipping Company

Seaport was appointed by an investor in Saudi Arabia to develop a strategic plan for a new shipping company.

The conceptual idea of the proposed shipping company is to focus on the investment capability of investors in Saudi Arabia on the shipping market; more specifically on shipping oil, petrochemicals or natural gas.

This involved;

  • Understanding of the market that the company will address

  • Define the operating strategy of the company

  • Make an assessment of the performance of the company over the first three years

  • Outline an action plan for the creation of the company
