One of the world’s leading container shipping companies appointed Seaport to undertake a pre-feasibility study for a container terminal in Panama.

The proposed terminal has 650 m of quay length and 60 ha of supporting container storage.  It is accessed through a 1,800 km long approach channel cut through coral and capable of accept super post-Panamax container ships.

The study included cost estimates and due diligence reviews of the site which is currently owned and operated by a Panamanian developer.
