The associates of Seaport Consultants Asia undertook a pre-feasibility study on a port and SEZ in Gujarat, India on behalf of a developer.  The intent of the developer was to create a new Singapore or Dubai.

The study concluded that the project was feasible and DWA was appointed to prepare the project development program and assist the developer identify and negotiate with key co-investors and potential tenants of the SEZ and port.
