In connection with planning for the first automated terminal with front serving RMGs in Busan, Korea, Seaport Innovations developed the business processes and procedures for the container terminal operation. With huge automation projects it is important to align the requirements of the business before the IT system is developed or designed. Therefore Seaport Innovations has provided the detailed process descriptions and developed procedures for operating the terminal according to international best practice.
