Port Privatizations and Acquisitions

Seaport has been involved in port and terminal privatization since its inception. One of Seaport's first projects was a build-operate-transfer (BOT) container terminal project in Indonesia in 1994. In 2006 to early 2008, Seaport participated in some way in most sales of port terminal assets and port concession projects in North America.
